With over 20 years of experience, I’ve built, rebuilt, and grown businesses, organizations, and ideas that once seemed impossible.
My journey has never been easy. As a woman in business, I often felt the need to prove myself twice as much. But that’s exactly what pushed me to break patterns, challenge the rules, and show that determination, innovation, and courage can overcome any barrier.
Today, I am Co founder and Managing Partner at BRILU, an AI driven MarTech solution that helps companies better qualify leads and increase website conversion rates. It’s more than just a product, it’s the result of years of work, bold ideas, and the ambition to transform how businesses personalize their relationships with customers.
Before BRILU, I led the marketing department for 10 years in the family business Life Care, where I learned what it truly means to lead a team and innovate in a dynamic eCommerce environment. I also founded and led Centrele Fericirii until exit, a network of wellbeing centers that became one of my success stories, and one of the most meaningful journeys of my entrepreneurial life.
Formal education helped me structure what I had already learned through experience, but real life challenges are what truly shaped me. Prestigious institutions such as Oxford, Stanford, Cornell, and Frankfurt Business School gave me the tools, but being a mother, a leader, and an entrepreneur taught me the lessons that matter most.
Today, alongside managing BRILU, I use my experience to work with entrepreneurs who feel they can achieve more but aren’t sure how to get there. Through consulting and mentoring programs focused on marketing strategy and innovation, I support those who want to work smarter, set tangible goals, turn ideas into reality, overcome obstacles, and build something authentic and lasting.
