Biography

I am an aerobics trainer and have been active in the aerobic-fitness field for four years. I teach all types of classes, but I am most drawn to strength-based sessions because they give me a different vibe and motivate me the most.

Throughout my career, I have continuously invested in my professional development and completed several accredited specialization courses, including Stretching, Functional Training, Steel Training, Dynamic Mobility, Tone & Functional, Body Functional, Step Functional, Step Interval Training, Basic Choreography, Advanced Choreography, Aerobic Interval Training, and more.

I love bringing energy and motivation to my classes and helping those who attend my sessions push past their limits. For me, fitness is not just about movement—it’s about discipline, growth, and a sense of well-being that I strive to share with others.
