Luciana Baicea is a communication specialist, trainer, and transformational coach in training, with a focus on the impact of constructive communication in developing more collaborative relationships, teams, and communities that can contribute to the growth and performance of the individuals within them.
Luciana has been the Project Manager of the Mind Architect project since 2020, when she joined the team with the goal of contributing to its growth. In her training work, she collaborates with teams from companies, as well as with non-profit organizations and student organizations, as part of the pro-bono practice of the Mind Architect team.
