I am Diana Dobrotchi, a Nutritional Health Coach specializing in hormonal health. I graduated from the Integrative Nutrition School, and although I spent many years working in the banking sector as a private banker, my passion for nutrition and sports has always been a constant in my life.
At the age of six, I began practicing competitive swimming, and my connection with movement has remained uninterrupted throughout my life. Since 2020, I have dedicated myself entirely to the field of health and nutrition. I teach fitness and aerobic classes, hold longevity and nutrition seminars for various companies, and work as a nutritionist at Dr. MIT Clinic. My approach is holistic and integrative, aiming to address imbalances that affect quality of life. Every day, I am grateful for the opportunity to help people discover the benefits of an active and balanced lifestyle.
My Professional Experience:
• Founder of “Yourh Creators” – Since 2014, I have been organizing healthy lifestyle camps, “Body Awareness Camps.”
• Co-founder of the “Longevity 4.0” app – I provide solutions for implementing the secrets of youth in daily life, including nutrition, exercise, psycho-emotional and spiritual education, sleep quality, social life, sexual health, longevity supplements, and facial care.
I was born in Baia Mare on February 17, 1981, and my passion for a healthy lifestyle was inherited from my mother, who always prepared healthy and delicious food. She proved that it is possible! Family is very important to me, and even during university, I ensured that all four of my grandparents (who were still alive at the time) had regular medical check-ups—I took them for complete tests twice a year. Even though they didn’t understand why they should get tested if they felt fine, I wanted them to live as long as possible and did everything in my power to support their health. I bought supplements for them and would often surprise them with visits just to check what they were eating and what was in their fridge. I also called them daily to encourage them to go for walks and constantly monitored them to see if they had lost weight.
The Importance of Prevention for Longevity:
Even back then, I understood that prevention is the key to longevity. As I deepened my studies, I started focusing on interpreting medical tests for preventive purposes. Together with Dr. Bogdan Ivănescu, I developed the first applied longevity program in the country (over the course of one year) at Dr. MIT Clinic. This program includes medical tests, result interpretation, recommendations, sports assessments, training suggestions, nutritional plans, guided support throughout the year, and supplements.
