My name is Dr. Calin Todoran, I am a primary care physician in obstetrics-gynecology, with multiple specializations, in: oncology gynecology, hormone replacement therapy, aesthetic gynecology, regenerative medicine. I worked and trained in an Oncology Institute with a preference, I treated women's cancers, I am also a member of the management of the European Society of Menopause and Andropause. I live and work in Cluj Napoca in Romania. The symptoms of imbalances caused by the absence of hormones are not only uncomfortable, but can also affect a woman's health, relationships and career. Although hormone therapy can reduce or eliminate symptoms, most women in the fertile period, premenopause, menopause do not take advantage of hormones because of a decades-old study that warned of serious health risks. Although thinking about hormones has changed, some women remain confused and scared, and some doctors refuse to prescribe hormones. My goal is to educate women and health professionals about the symptoms and medical ramifications of replacement therapy and, in particular, the role of estrogen, progesterone, testosterone in relieving symptoms and extending women's lives. I really want women to know that they need to be the CEO of their own health services. They should seek out practitioners who are true experts, willing to work with them and give them the tools and information they need to make good decisions for their health
