I am a medical doctor and a graduate of the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, specializing in Medical Genetics, class of 2018.
Since my student years, I’ve been actively involved in public health campaigns run by the Bucharest Medical Students’ Society (SSMB), contributing with passion and dedication to educating young people on prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
My passion for nutrition began in high school, when I became increasingly interested in how food impacts both physical and mental health. This deep curiosity was one of the main reasons I chose to pursue a career in medicine.
To further enhance my expertise, I completed a certified nutrition technician course, along with specialized modules on liver detox and nutrigenetics through Genotipia in Spain. I’ve also participated in numerous medical congresses, where I presented on the importance of anti-inflammatory nutrition in managing patients with chronic pain.
I strongly believe that health is the most precious gift nature has given us—and caring for that gift starts with conscious, personalized choices tailored to each individual’s needs. With the advancements in genetics, we now have the opportunity to integrate these choices in an intelligent and profoundly transformative way.
I am the founder of the “Food for Body, Mind & Soul” project, an initiative that blends a holistic approach with medical science to support people on their journey to balance and healing. I organize both women-only and mixed retreats, because health is a universal necessity—regardless of gender—and it deserves to be nurtured through transformative, reconnective, and educational experiences. After all, the quality of our years is deeply linked to the quality of our health.
